Terms of Use - Propix

Welcome to Propix. These Terms of Use govern your use of the application and form a binding agreement between you and the operating company. Please read them carefully before using the service. Continued use constitutes full acceptance of the terms below.

1. Definitions

In this document:

  • "Company" — Magen Building Inspection, ID 203865167, Yaakov Elazar 45.
  • "Application" / "Service" — the Propix property-management platform, including future updates.
  • "User" / "you" — anyone using the service, free or paid.
  • "User Content" — any information, image, document, or data you upload.

2. Nature of the service

Propix is a digital property-management platform for creating property files, uploading photos and documents, documenting defects, and managing information securely. The Company may change, expand, or reduce the service scope with reasonable prior notice.

3. Registration and account security

3.1 Registration requires accurate details. False information may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 You are solely responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and must notify the Company immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

3.3 Account deletion: you may delete your account at any time via app settings.

⚠ Note: Deletion is irreversible. Upon confirmation, all linked data (photos, documents, property history) is permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Back up first.

4. Pricing and free plan commitment

4.1 As of these terms, the service is offered free of charge. The Company may change pricing and add paid services in the future.

4.2 Free-plan commitment: even if pricing changes, the Company commits to continue offering a basic free plan enabling reasonable use of core functions.

4.3 Any change requiring payment for a previously free service will include at least 30 days’ prior notice. Charging occurs only after your explicit consent.

5. Intellectual property and user content

5.1 Company rights: all rights in the application (source code, UI, logo, trademarks, original content) belong to the Company and are protected by IP law.

5.2 User content ownership: content you upload remains fully yours. Uploading does not waive your rights.

5.3 Limited license: by uploading, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the content solely to operate the service (display, backup, technical processing). No other use without your explicit permission.

5.4 Prohibited content: do not upload content that invades privacy, infringes copyright, is illegal, or harms third parties. Violation may result in immediate account blocking and content deletion.

6. Device permissions

For proper operation, the app may request:

  • Camera — photographing properties and defects.
  • Gallery — uploading files and scanning documents.
  • Notifications — updates and reminders.

Permissions are optional and can be changed in device settings. Denying some permissions may limit functionality.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.

7.2 The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including data loss, income loss, or reputational harm.

7.3 Exception: the above does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, nor rights under mandatory law.

7.4 Data backup: you are solely responsible for backing up critical information. Periodic backups are recommended; the Company does not guarantee stored-data integrity.

8. Force majeure

The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its control, including third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, or regulatory orders.

9. Changes to these terms

9.1 The Company may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app and/or email at least 14 days before effective date.

9.2 Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and delete your account.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Jerusalem District.
